Important Information
It is a legal requirement for land owners to have their trees inspected. Treecare is available for advice if required. Where disputes over trees are concerned Treecare can help ease the situation if possible. High hedge disputes are becoming more frequent – our advice is free and many local authorities only impose an order if payment is made by the complainant, after they have shown they have tried all reasonable means of communication to resolve the matter. Disputes over light and satellite signal are also catered for.
